3. Repack Products

Deadset Bangers Repacks sells repack products containing randomly assorted trading cards and related items.

Customers acknowledge and agree that:

  • Repack contents are randomised.

  • No specific card, player, team, autograph, memorabilia card, graded card, or monetary value is guaranteed unless expressly stated in the product description.

  • Product images may be used for promotional purposes and may not represent the exact contents of every repack.

  • Individual results will vary.

Purchasing a repack product involves an element of chance, and customers accept the risk that the contents received may differ from their personal expectations.

4. All Sales Final

Due to the nature of trading card repack products, all sales are generally final.

Deadset Bangers Repacks does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with contents received

  • Unfavourable pulls or outcomes

  • Personal opinions regarding card values or players received

However, nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect order or an item that is damaged during transit, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery.

To assist with any claim, we may request:

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of the contents received

  • Any other relevant information

Claims will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
