All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and cleared.

During new product launches, promotions, public holidays, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their order has been dispatched.

We currently ship Australia-wide.

If you are located outside Australia and wish to place an order, please contact us prior to purchasing to discuss available shipping options.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Deadset Bangers Repacks is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's operations and timeframes.

If your parcel appears delayed or is believed to be lost, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the carrier where possible.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:

Take photographs of the packaging and contents.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Provide your order number and supporting photographs.

We will review the situation and work with you to reach a fair resolution where appropriate.

Authority to Leave

If a customer authorises a parcel to be left unattended at the delivery address, Deadset Bangers Repacks cannot accept responsibility for theft, loss, or damage occurring after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier.
