At Deadset Bangers Repacks, we take great care in preparing and packaging every product to ensure it arrives safely and as described.

Due to the nature of trading card repack products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, dissatisfaction with the contents received, or cards not meeting personal expectations.

By purchasing a Deadset Bangers Repack product, customers acknowledge that the contents are randomised and that no specific card, player, team, or value outcome is guaranteed unless expressly stated in the product description.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged in transit, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the packaging and contents

We will review each case individually and work with you to reach a fair resolution where appropriate.

Lost Shipments

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider. Resolution of lost shipments will be subject to the policies and findings of the carrier.
